We always endeavour to supply you with the best quality flowers and products that we can. We’d like your flowers to be a positive and pleasurable experience.

Please let Flower My Day know if you have any concerns about the product supplied and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation.

Flower My Day will issue a refund, replacement or exchange where:

  • Goods are found to be faulty
  • They don't do what they are advertised to do
  • They are in their original sale condition, and are returned within a reasonable time from date of purchase. With flowers you should let us know within 24 hours.

We do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind once you have received the product.

  • Flower My Day - is not responsible for extra purchases made through members’ florist shops - this policy covers only the product purchased through the Flower My Day web site.

Please contact Flower My Day first prior to sending any product back If it is decided that flowers need to be returned please ensure the product is packaged as it was presented and contains details of the problem, a copy of your invoice and contact details.
